How About Flower or Lollipop Gift Baskets as Shower Centerpieces?
One of the choices most baby shower organizers have to make is whether to have a shower centerpiece for the table. Having decided "yes", then what to have as the centerpiece is the next decision.
Flowers can make a lovely centerpiece, mixed with other more baby things of course. Most people will prefer something bright and cheerful, preferably with a baby theme. Basically, a centerpiece that will attract attention and tell everyone: "This is a baby shower." It will help make an impression if it is unique to the guests, too, and many choices from online stores will probably be new to your guests, so seem unique.
If you are stuck for time, then buying a ready made centerpiece is obviously the best way to go. Then, you may not find what you want in the local stores, so you turn to the internet to find something that suits your tastes and, maybe, sense of humor. While doing so, it is worth checking out ready made gift baskets, some of which could easily double as a baby shower centerpiece.
For those who just want a flower display, then a well selected flower display can fill the role of a centerpiece. Most people organizing a shower, though, will want a baby theme, even if it is mixed with flowers. Nowadays, a gift basket is not always even a basket. In fact, often the "container" is a mug, a vase, a box or some other receptacle.
In the case of the top mixture, the base is a delightful ornament that can be used for decoration in the nursery later. Inside, which you could use as a centerpiece display, is a bear themed lollipop bouquet.
You will find that many of the baby baskets come in blue or pink, and you can easily find something neutral. If food is part of the display, then be sure to have enough lollipops, or fruit, candies or whatever you choose, to go around all the guests.
